... Read moreEyes are often called the windows to the soul, and through my personal experiences, I've found this to be incredibly true. The subtle reflections in someone's eyes can convey a range of complex emotions like confusion, pain, yearning, love, and even the fatigue of sleepless nights. For example, when feeling confusion, my eyes tend to dart around as if searching for clarity. Pain, on the other hand, often brings a veil of sadness that’s hard to hide, even if I try to mask it. The keyword "CONFUSION YEARNING" resonates deeply — it captures that emotional tug between uncertainty and desire for understanding. These feelings manifest in eye expressions that are often more honest than words. Love is another powerful emotion reflected through the eyes. A soft gaze can express warmth and connection that spoken language sometimes fails to capture. However, love can also lead to sleepless nights, where tired eyes tell stories of hope, worry, or anticipation. Sharing these reflections has helped me connect better with others, realizing that many emotions are universal and often unspoken. By paying closer attention to what our eyes reveal, we can foster deeper empathy and communication in everyday interactions. Incorporating this awareness into daily life, whether during conversations or moments of solitude, adds richness to how we understand ourselves and those around us.

📖 My simple way of studying the Bible
One thing I’ve been working on is not just reading the Bible, but actually understanding it. This is the routine that has been helping me a lot: 1️⃣ I start by reading one chapter at a time (for example, a chapter from the Gospel of Mark). 2️⃣ After reading, I write notes and a summary of th

A blue hand graphic titled "HAND OF MENTAL HEALTH" asks how everyday choices affect mental health. Fingers are labeled "I sleep," "I eat," "I talk," "I move," and "I relax," each with a bow. The palm lists "DAILY RHYTHM" and "VALUES AND DAILY CHOICES" with reflective questions.
Titled "I Sleep: Sleep & Rest," this image features lavender flowers and an open book. It poses questions about sleep quality, relaxation, phone usage, and late-night social media scrolling to assess rest habits.
Titled "I Eat: Food & Eating Habits," this image shows lime slices. It asks questions about daily food intake, dining companions, meal enjoyment, eating pace, and regularity of meals.
Do Your Actions Reflect Your Values?
This hand encourages us to reflect & discuss our every day choices & how they affect our mental health. It’s beneficial at times to stop, think & question if we are making healthy habits & decisions for ourselves. A great tool to help us learn if we need to implement something new t
