I used to have a precast concrete casting shop.

On August 64, I left my full-time job to stay at home, detained for a 10-day trip from Samut Prakan. In the meantime, I thought about what to do next. Until I thought I was ready, I opened a handsome shop at the end of '64 with the idea of never going back to work, using the money accumulated over a year of regular work and from my mother to invest. I started doing it from the beginning. It's nice to have an old warehouse, so I just blocked two rooms to sleep with my office.
Because I still don't save a lot of money, I can't buy a lot of equipment, and the materials of steel, cement, stone, sand that need to be made again. It made me know the word "spin money," which is very important because this kind of business usually has to invest first and first, not knowing when the customer will buy, but in the beginning I only used the method to follow orders.
So I had a cousin's shop and helped me deal. The first time I sold it, I came to order the shop, which I didn't have to order, but I dropped off all the 80 casings. At that time I was very happy, but I told him I didn't have a delivery car. I took a heck of a car, but the crane driver didn't make me and my brother have to lift it. There was a drop. There were 2 people, 16 casings. I was also in the delivery car. I took the thing down. My aunt paid for it. That day was a very happy day. I told my mother that we were going to be rich. My mother and I were very happy.
But on the next day, my grandmother called to say that the casing that was delivered was not standard. When the casing was broken, the water sank, it was not the same shape. At that time I was very stressed. I rode in the car and talked to the supervisor, which he honestly said that the casing was not standard (I do not know that I did it myself), said that it was not hard at first, brittle, easy to break. If not to change, I would change to buy another shop. I, who was there, couldn't say anything, but said, "Yes, I will change it." After that, I called to tell my grandmother that I would refund all and unload my aunt. I said I don't have to return. Just make a new casing for my aunt. When I finished talking, I cried alone. When I came to call my father, I asked him to come back to help me. On the day, my father and Ah came to help me feel very guilty about bringing someone else in trouble.
After that day, I closed the shop for a new combination of recipes. I asked some people who had done some, watched some YTs until I got a formula that fit very well. During my shop, I took a job at a housing estate and wrote a model to make money to spin, which was very tiring. When I had a writing job, I had to stay up late, get up early to take care of the job. If there was an order for a pole, another casing was to run a busy day. I used to faint on the casing once, which would have reached the physical limit. Of course, concrete work was hard. I started accepting workers, but with no money, I could only hire two people. Only by doing it myself. Forgot to tell normal. There is a mother, younger and me who do. I also pity my mother to see her tired. She never works like this too.
Until I came to PK 65, during which I found a problem: there was no car for delivery. If I bought it, I had to carry it myself. It was a very big problem because I didn't have enough money to buy a car. The last job before I closed the shop, I took the pole. The customer said that I would take only the tree that lay there. At that time, I immediately said that it was 7 cubits. I was done. I tied the iron and hurried to pour it because I had to rush the customer. When I poured it, I was sure if it was too long. I went to measure the bed. It turned out to be 6 cubits. At that time, I was already pouring until the last day I was still stressed. The next day I called to apologize to Blake and suggested I buy another store.
Lessons learned
1. No matter how well you plan, you have to find something unexpected.
2. Doing business requires rotating money.
3. You have to be alert all the time because you don't have a salary, but you pay every month.
4. Prepare for regret, but do not regret for a long time.
