Absolutely so good we made the pecan pie with bourbon and chocolate such a unique flavor along with the freshly hand whipped whip cream

We made Lemon curd tarts, almonds tarts, and chocolate ganache tarts, absolutely so good the lemon was definitely my favorite

We made oatmeal raisin cookies and brownies and with our extra class time me and a friend worked together to make a new recipe of triple chocolate chip cookies using the brownie recipe

Sadly I am allergic to cinnamon so I used nutmeg in my scones and it gives it more of a holiday flavor vs a fall feeling I definitely need to make more scones

Today we melted some chocolate and practiced our writing skills with cursive writing for cakes and plate decorations

Had so much fun decorating I had a theme and stuck with it, definitely will be making these more often

We made a variety of cookies with different ingredients, learning what effects are shown if changed and learning how to identify them based on taste and looks

Had such a fun time learning a many new skill and laughing through it 🍊
