Decided to quit the toxic job.
Actually, we're not weak... we're just being hurt repeatedly.
At the start of the job, we thought it was very lucky. Work close to home, good money, full welfare. Everyone is jealous. Even we ourselves used to think we had to endure it, but no one told us that this place would make us doubt our worth every day.
"Make a mistake = be strong," being cursed in front of others, being compared to not being a person, how hard you try is never enough.
From people who want to develop "to people who are afraid of work, afraid of being wrong, afraid of talking, even getting up early."
For two years, we've never heard of good deeds, never been encouraged by the daily blaming.
Mental health starts to crash, crying almost every night, not wanting to go to work, not wanting to live like this anymore
We tried to talk, we said we didn't want to be a gravity, we wanted to be better, but finally we understood, "If people don't want to listen, no matter how loud they talk, they don't listen."
The day we decided to quit, we didn't win, but we "survived."
Survive a place that makes us feel worthless. Survive a toxic environment, survive self-loathing.
Today I don't know where the future will go, but I know for sure that my life shouldn't be traded for a heart-breaking job.
If anyone's going to quit, don't feel guilty. Don't think you lost.
Sometimes... walking out is loving yourself the most. 🖤
