I spent 2 hrs 40 mins at the gym. I mostly do cardio. Treadmill for 30 stair stepper for another 30mins. my " cool down" period. I go around and lift what i can. Everybody is different with how much they can lift. Just because, i can lift heavier or lighter doesn't mean you have to do

Once you start and stay consistent, you won’t want to go any other time. There’s less people so less pressure. I’ve found it’s also mostly older people and everyone is friendly. I personally feel like I have more energy when I make it to the gym in the morning than the days I miss to sleep in.
