First post-show workout in the books.
I knew I’d need to ease back in, but I wasn’t prepared for just how weak and tired I’d still feel. They say it can take about a week to feel like yourself again after a show—and now that I’ve experienced it firsthand, I completely agree.
Even still, I’m proud. I’m motivated. And I’m already thinking about the next stage. I’ve decided I’ll commit to competing once a year—that feels sustainable for my lifestyle, my family, and the way I want to continue showing up in all areas of my life.
The fire is still lit. The goals are still set. And this journey? It’s far from over. I’m excited to continue growing, building, and taking y’all with me every step of the way.
