運動会の日 は朝早くから準備が大変ですが、ファッションにも気を使いたいですよね。私も以前、子どもの運動会に参加するときは動きやすさと快適さを優先して服を選びました。紫外線対策としてキャップは必須で、汗ばむ季節には通気性の良いゆったりしたポロシャツを羽織るととても楽です。 さらに、小花柄のキャミソールなどを合わせると見た目にも涼しげで女性らしい印象になります。足元は厚底のスニーカーを選ぶと、身長がちょっぴり盛れるだけでなく長時間の歩行でも疲れにくいのでおすすめです。ナイキのエアマックスヘイローはクッション性も高く、デニムなどカジュアルな装いによく合います。 私の場合、身長が158cmなので厚底シューズで数センチアップすると全体のバランスが良く見えてスタイルアップ効果も感じました。デニムの裾が引きずらないのもポイントです。普段はプチプラブランドのアイテムも組み合わせて経済的に楽しんでいます。 運動会は子どもたちの頑張る姿から元気をもらえる大切な時間。親である私たちも快適でおしゃれな服装で思い切り応援したいですね。日焼け対策や動きやすさを意識した服選びで、疲れにくく楽しい一日になること間違いなしです。皆さんもぜひ、自分らしいスタイルで特別なイベントを楽しんでくださいね！
