You gain new strength. We need a daily time in His presence. Jesus spent a lot of time off in prayer with the Father. If He needed it, I need it.

You get to know His ways. You’re acknowledging Him and how to respond your situations how to make decisions. You find out what He says about your situation through a scripture or journaling. We need his wisdom and it comes from Him.
