As Christians, we always talk about being in God’s presence and how important it is. I feel as a mom it can be easy to feel like being in God’s presence has to look like the way it looks like for those who aren’t busy parents. Very spiritual and hours on end of alone time. The truth is God is always present. As a mother in the mundane in the random hopes of encouragement, the random peace when the world just felt like it was falling apart. The random burst of energy to get everything done. That’s him. It won’t always look the same as others. It will always look the same as he wants to show himself to you. He is ever present. We just need to walk by faith and not by sight. Knowing that yes. Even in those mundane things. That’s his presence too.
