SIMPLE WEIGHT LOSS SNACK
Simple weight loss snacks are overlooked and underrated. I see a lot of trends go viral and it’s always a remix of high calorie snack into a low-calorie one and it always targets weight loss. I do think some of it is fun and creative but we’re getting away from the main point and that is true and lasting weight loss. It’s about getting down to simple foods and healthy foods. A simple strawberry and Mandarin bowl is a good enough snack. It provides sweet it provides refreshing. It has a little bit of tang it has all to be desired.I think because people want to make weight loss easy they try to force things into being healthy and that is a problem. I do enjoy a good trend and it is fun to try out, but I think we need to get away from solely relying on that to give us lasting weight loss and overall health.
