What Clears My Mind

Good afternoon my beautiful peeps. I walked this morning and it was HOT. I was this close 🤏🏾to return home and hop on my bed 😅Thankfully, I brought a morning snack that got my mind off of it. I haven’t been walking as consistently as I used to but I feel like I should be doing better. Walking has always brought me peace and clears my mind. I told myself that my goal this year is to find beauty in my surroundings. Nature has this special ability to make me feel like I am in a better place than I was before.

I hope you were able to do something that clears your mind. Even if it is going to the gym, solo-date, movies, running, etc. Enjoy your day and give yourself grace. You deserve it!!
