A milder pick. Lightly savory with fragrant garlic notes, though less punchy compared to the Thai-style version. Still, a good balance to the table.

Chilled Mango Sago Cream with Pomelo
A refreshing finale, creamy, fruity, and cooling. They also have shaved ice desserts on the menu, though it was sold out during our visit.
