• 1 cup light brown sugar
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs, room temp
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1–2 tsp rum extract (or 1 tbsp real white rum, optional)
• ⅓ cup coconut cream
Mix-ins / Coating
• 1 cup white chocolate chips or toasted coconut flakes
• Optional: desiccated coconut + cinnamon for topping
Coquito Glaze
• 1 cup white chocolate melted
• 1/4 cup coconut cream
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• Pinch cinnamon
