Ingredients for seasoned flour 🛒

•AP flour

•garlic powder

•onion powder

•ground cayenne pepper

•ground black pepper

•sea salt

Chef Carm’s tips 🗣️

🥛soak onion rings in homemade buttermilk (bowl filled w/2% milk & white vinegar), then dip onion rings into seasoned flour mixture, then fry.

✅ prior to dropping the chicken wings into the seasoned flour, clean wings by soaking them in a bowl with white vinegar & water. then rinse & strain liquid completely. next, pat wings dry with paper towel until moisture is removed. lastly, season them with sea salt & ground black pepper.

🥣 season chicken wings, onion rings & potato wedges in seasoned flour prior to frying.

☑️ add a little baking powder to the seasoned flour when seasoning the chicken wings for extra crispiness.

🥘 fry 3 items in 2 different frying pans. designate 1 for the chicken wings & the other for the potato wedges & the onion wings.

🔥 fry the onion rings last.

🍗 don’t crowd food in frying pan. instead cook a little at a time.

🫒 fry onion rings, chicken wings & potato wedges in extra virgin olive oil on a medium high heat until golden on all sides.

🪭 turn your stove top fan to high when frying.

🕯️light a candle in your kitchen while frying to help with the lingering smell of fried food.

🚪 close the doors to bedrooms or other rooms in your house to avoid the smell of fried food from consuming the rooms.

🧻 immediately after frying all 3 items, place onto a paper towel lined plate or tray to remove excess oil.

🧂salt potato wedges immediately after removing from the frying pan.
