1st time trying to make Haitian Spaghetti go easy on me… 😬 it’s actually pretty good. I made my sofrito from scratch, I used Turkey sausage & chipotle chicken sausage. I wasn’t sure what to pair it with (any suggestions) so I made chicken 🤷🏽‍♀️🤣 It’s a northern thing! 😄 How did I do?

This is soo good. Right amount of heat with sweet. The shallot vinaigrette chef kiss 😙 Salad Spinach & spring mix blend red onions Cucumbers Giardiniera (hot) Banana peppers (hot) Crusted Croutons Turkey Filet( I over cooked it a tad was going for med)

Will definitely do this again. ☺️It’s really good. Paired it with Salmon. Must try!!
