DAY 2 Of Working Out Everyday At 4
Day 2 of waking up at 4AM to work out and let me be real with you for a second. I woke up at 6. And yes, I was upset with myself but here’s the crazy part I actually felt MORE tired at 6 than I did at 4. That told me everything I needed to know. Yesterday was 10AM. Today was 6AM.
