Parenting is hard…
It’s truly bittersweet. I was really challenged by son tonight. My son whom is 12 y/o and is almost my height. (I’m 5’6 1/2). Not challenged physically but mentally. He’s at the age where he’s smelling himself, being easily influenced and feeling rebellious. We are past the gentle parenting stage.

A group of children sit on the floor in a school-like setting, facing away from the camera. A large pink text overlay asks, 'What's the first sign a kid has terrible parents?'
Kids scared for no reason means bad parenting.
For me, the biggest sign a kid has terrible parents is when they look genuinely terrified to make even the smallest mistake. I’ve seen it a few times — a kid spills a little juice, or drops a crayon, and immediately freezes like they’re waiting to be yelled at. Their shoulders tense, their eyes

Let’s make pancakes and talk about feeding your kids. Me personally, I don’t cook foods I know my kid won’t eat. But her health is important. No, she doesn’t eat chicken nuggets and fries everyday. She has certain veggies that she likes and doesn’t likes. I just make the ones she likes — #kidapp
