I heard we’re making mental health normal!

Don’t be ashamed or embarrassed by the fact you struggle with your mental health! You’d be amazed how many of your friends and family are on meds to help them. I have been on medication since I was a kid. I’ve tried literally everything on the market. Finding what works for you will be trial and error. This is the routine that works for me right now. If you need to talk or vent please don’t hesitate to reach out. If you don’t suffer from mental health you won’t understand it.

... Read moreI've personally experienced the ups and downs of managing mental health and know how isolating it can feel, especially with the stigma surrounding it. One thing I've learned is the importance of patience in finding the right combination of treatments. Just like the article mentions, mental health isn't a one-size-fits-all approach — what works for one person might not work for another. For me, having a supportive doctor who listens closely has been a game changer. It allows for a tailored plan rather than a generic prescription. Also, building a routine that includes not only medication but therapy, self-care, and open conversations with friends makes a huge difference. Talking openly about struggles not only reduces shame but also creates a community of understanding. It's crucial to realize that recognizing mental health issues is a brave and vital first step. If you or someone you know is going through something similar, reaching out for support—even just to vent—can be incredibly healing. Remember, your mental health journey is valid, unique, and worth prioritizing, and normalizing these conversations helps us all move towards a more empathetic society.

Mental Health Pain Scale 🤍
I decided to post this for awareness. If you or anyone you know struggles with mental health you might not realize how much it is actually affecting you or how far out there you actually are. I’ve noticed most times people think they are at a 1-2 and they are not. We have normalized a lot of not so
