What I read in July

I've been using Bookmory to track my reading for the past couple of months, and I love it! It shows this graphic for what I read every day of the month, and it also let's me do half stars! I can track e-books, physical books, and audio books by minutes, pages, percentage, etc.

In July, I finished reading:

Fourth Wing (for the 2nd time) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ruthless Vows⭐️⭐️⭐️.5

Iron Flame (for the 2nd time) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Hunting Party ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Book of Cold Cases ⭐️⭐️⭐️

And I started:

Fire & Blood

A Talent for Murder

... Read moreTracking your reading can enhance your experience, and one tool that readers are loving is Bookmory. This app allows you to meticulously log your books — from e-books to audiobooks — and capture details like pages read, time spent, and even gives you the ability to rate with half-star increments. In July, I revisited 'Fourth Wing' and 'Iron Flame', both rated five stars, indicating that they are truly stand-out reads. If you’re a fan of fantasy, these titles come highly recommended for their world-building and character development. Additionally, I dived into 'Ruthless Vows', which garnered a solid 3.5 stars; it’s a gripping read but may not appeal to everyone depending on your taste in storytelling. Don’t overlook 'The Hunting Party' and 'The Book of Cold Cases', both worth consideration if you enjoy thrillers and mysteries. Starting new books is always an exciting part of reading. I’m currently delving into 'Fire & Blood'—a deep dive into the Targaryen family lore—and 'A Talent for Murder', which promises gripping suspense. If you're looking for engaging content, explore hashtags like #Booktok, #reading, and #bookrecommendations to connect with a community of passionate readers. Whether you’re using Bookmory or any other tracking methods, keeping a reading log can greatly enhance not only your reading habits but also your reviews and recommendations for others. Happy reading!

Really happy with what I was able to read in July! I unexpectedly had a really nice array of worlds I could switch between so I didn’t feel bored at all, which is something that’s happened to me a few times (it’s usually what causes a slump). What are you reading this month? #lemon8bookclub

This month felt like two different reading months. All of my lower rated reads were in the first half of the month and then I read a couple new favorites back to back.   📚 Highlights definitely include Sally Rooney’s new novel Intermezzo, which I posted a full review on a couple weeks ago.   📚
