9 months of solid dedication! 💪🏽 Feeling

stronger and healthier every day. Stay consistent, allowing myself some grace, jumping back on the wagon if I fall off and learning to block out those negative inner thoughts (still a challenge) but day by day! 2025 is here and we’re not getting any younger. We’re losing muscle each year….and at a higher rate, the older we get. But we can change that and live longer, healthier lives 🫶🏽
