Flats or drums? You'll love both with this recipe!
Wings:
1. Preheat oven to 400°
2. Boil wings in water for 10 minutes
3. Drain wings and dry with a paper towel
4. Coat wings in baking powder (yes, that's right!) + cajun seasoning + poultry seasoning
5. Place wings on baking tray in oven for 20 minutes
6. Remove wings from oven and toss in Alabama white barbeque sauce (below)
7. Place bake in oven for 5 minutes
8. Remove rom oven, let them res for a few minutes and enjoy!!!
Sauce:
1 part mayonnaise
.25 part apple cider vinegar
.25 part cane sugar
.1 part Dijon mustard
.1 part worschtershire sauce
salt, pepper, garlic powder
