The four earth-water-wind-fire elements that make up the body.
If the elements are unbalanced, the body is sick.
And when one day "quit carrying," life went out.

Is the truth that everyone can't escape.

Humans are surrounded by these things all their lives.

Is "heart"
The heart is the master. The body is the servant.
The heart commands well. The body is doing well.
The heart commands evil, the body leads evil.
2 people took
Is "merit" and "sin."
During life, merit brings happiness. Sin brings suffering.
At the death of his life, merit took him to peace. Sin took him to suffering.
The question is...
Knowing that merit is good, why still let sin take away?
The answer is that sin is a trick.
It's lured by small pleasures, temporary pleasures.
Like knowing that cigarettes cause cancer, but they still smoke.

Merit or sin
Being born a human is even harder.

เมื่อลองนั่งคิดและสะท้อนความหมายของปริศนาธรรม "4 คนหาม 3 คนแห่ 1 คนนั่งแคร่ 2 คนพาไป" เราจะเห็นภาพชีวิตอย่างชัดเจนว่าทุกช่วงเวลาล้วนเชื่อมโยงกับธรรมชาติและความเป็นจริงของมนุษย์ ธาตุดิน น้ำ ลม ไฟ ซึ่งเรียกว่า 4 คนหามนั้น ไม่ใช่แค่ส่วนประกอบทางกายภาพ แต่ยังเป็นตัวแทนของความเปราะบางและความไม่เที่ยงของชีวิต ถ้าธาตุเหล่านี้ไม่สมดุล ร่างกายก็ตกอยู่ในความเจ็บป่วยและทุกข์ทรมาน ส่วน 3 คนแห่ที่หมายถึงสัจธรรมอย่างอนิจจัง ทุกขัง อนัตตา หรือจะมองในแง่ โลภ โกรธ หลง ก็สะท้อนความท้าทายในใจมนุษย์ที่ต้องเผชิญกับอารมณ์และความปรารถนาอันไม่สิ้นสุด ชีวิตจึงเต็มไปด้วยความไม่แน่นอนและการดิ้นรน ส่วนใจซึ่งคือ 1 คนนั่งแคร่เปรียบเสมือนนายแห่งชีวิต ที่มีหน้าที่เลือกที่จะนำทางทั้งทางดีและทางชั่ว ดั่งคำที่ว่า "ใจเป็นนาย กายเป็นบ่าว" การมีสติและดูแลใจให้มีความดีจึงเป็นหัวใจสำคัญ ในส่วนของ 2 คนพาไป หมายถึงบุญและบาป ที่จะคอยนำพาชีวิตไปสู่ปลายทางที่แตกต่างกัน เช่น สุคติ หรือทุกข์คติ การเลือกทางใดทางหนึ่งจึงทำให้ชีวิตเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างลึกซึ้งเหลือเกิน จากประสบการณ์ตรง ส่วนตัวพบว่าการมีความเข้าใจในปริศนาธรรมนี้ช่วยให้เราอยู่กับปัจจุบันได้ดีขึ้น เมื่อรู้ว่าชีวิตมีวัฏจักรที่ไม่เที่ยง เราก็น้อมนำสติและความรู้สึกเมตตามาปรับใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันมากขึ้น การปล่อยให้บาปหรือกิเลสชนะใจนั้นเหมือนกับการเห็นกงจักรเป็นดอกบัว เพราะหลายครั้งเรารู้ว่าอะไรคือสิ่งที่ไม่ดี แต่มันก็ล่อด้วยความสุขที่เล็กน้อยชั่วคราว หรือความเพลินที่ทำให้เราหลงลืมความจริง ดังนั้นการรักษาใจให้มีสติและหมั่นทำบุญจึงเปรียบเหมือนการฝึกฝนตัวเองให้เลือกเดินทางที่ถูกต้องและเป็นประโยชน์ในระยะยาว ไม่ต่างอะไรกับการพยายามให้ 2 คนพาไปนั้นเลือกบุญมากกว่าบาป สุดท้าย เราทุกคนต่างเป็นคนที่นั่งบนแคร่ของชีวิตนี้เอง การเข้าใจและยอมรับธรรมชาติของธาตุใจและสัจธรรมต่างๆ นี้จะช่วยให้เรามีโอกาสพัฒนาสติปัญญา และสร้างชีวิตที่สงบสุขและมีความหมายขึ้นในทุกวัน
