During my day trip to Alishan, Taiwan, we went to 佐一茶屋 and got to enjoy some delicious Japanese-inspired food. We ordered bento sets. Food was not too bad~ 🤤

the ambience and view experience was amazing and memorable.

🌲 Getting Up to Alishan Heading up to Alishan from Taipei, we took the HSR (High Speed Rail). You’ll need to purchase tickets at the counter and can choose to upgrade to reserved seating, which is only slightly more expensive and totally worth it. Take the HSR from Taipei Main Station to Chiayi

Day 1: - Taipei to Chia Yi (Take a HSR from Taipei Main station to Chia Yi — book using Klook to save some $$!!) - From Chia Yi HSR station, take Tourist shuttle route A (Get tickets from Family Mart to get “priority boarding” or use your Easy card but queue early!!) - Go to Er Yan Ping trail!!

Sunsweet House Alishan Review
We stayed at Sunsweet House (十方山水) during our Alishan trip and it turned out to be a cosy, peaceful place to rest. On the way up, we were lucky enough to catch the famous sea of clouds (雲海), which you can only see above 2,000 metres. The room felt homely with a balcony overlooking tea plantation
