จากประสบการณ์ตรงที่พบปัญหาผิวแต่งหน้าไม่ติดนั้น สิ่งสำคัญคือการใส่ใจดูแลผิวให้ถูกต้องในแต่ละวัน ผิวขาดน้ำเป็นปัญหาที่หลายคนมักเข้าใจผิดว่าผิวมันแล้วจะไม่แห้ง ความจริงแล้วแม้ผิวจะมันแต่ถ้าขาดน้ำ ผิวก็จะแสดงอาการลอกและเมคอัพไม่เกาะดีเหมือนผิวชุ่มชื้นได้ ผมแนะนำให้ใช้เซรั่มที่มีส่วนผสมเติมน้ำและล็อคน้ำผิว เช่นที่มี Ceramide, Avena, B5 และ Hyaluronic acid ที่ช่วยเพิ่มความชุ่มชื้นและซ่อมแซมเกราะผิวได้ดีมาก หลังจากทาสกินแคร์ ควรรอให้ซึมเข้าสู่ผิวประมาณ 3-5 นาที ก่อนแต่งหน้าจะช่วยให้เมคอัพติดทนนานและเนียนเรียบ นอกจากนี้ การเลือกรองพื้นก็มีผลมาก ควรเลือกสูตรที่เหมาะกับสภาพผิว เช่นผิวขาดน้ำควรใช้รองพื้นเนื้อบางแบบกึ่งฉ่ำเพื่อไม่ให้ผิวดูแห้งเกินไปและป้องกันการเป็นคราบ ส่วนผิวที่แห้งมากไม่ควรลงแป้งหนาเพราะจะทำให้เกิดคราบและตกร่องได้ง่าย ในขั้นตอนการแต่งหน้า ผมมักใช้วิธีการกดรองพื้นเบาๆ ไม่ถูเพื่อลดการลอกและเป็นคราบของรองพื้น และเลือกลงแป้งเฉพาะจุดที่มันจริงๆ เท่านั้น เพื่อไม่ให้หน้าดูแห้งเกินไปหรือเยิ้มง่าย สุดท้าย การดูแลผิวอย่างต่อเนื่องด้วยผลิตภัณฑ์ที่อ่อนโยนและเหมาะสม จะช่วยสร้างเกราะป้องกันผิวที่แข็งแรง ทำให้เมคอัพติดทนนานโดยไม่ต้องพยายามมาก และยังช่วยให้ผิวดูสุขภาพดีแบบธรรมชาติอีกด้วย
