Consider asking yourself: What are the reasons you might contemplate ending a friendship? Recognizing behaviors that weaken your bond can foster healthier relationships in the future. Establishing boundaries is key; it allows you to prioritize your emotional well-being. If you notice your friend consistently crosses these boundaries, it may be a sign worth addressing. Healthy friendships should provide a balance of give and take, mutual respect, and support. Learning to navigate these issues can empower you to cultivate the friendships that truly uplift you.

When they begin to get competitive. As soon as this happens, I’m over it. I do not want to compete with someone who should be supporting me, and me supporting them. I truly feel like it’s such ugly behavior and not a friendship worth saving.
