Day 3
💭What's on my mind:I’m literally soo sore from yesterdays ab workout 🥲 I have to keep reminding myself why it’s worth it lol . Today I was glutes and legs and I’m okay now but idk how I’ll be in the morning 🤣
My day was pretty standard. I worked a short shift so once I got off I picked up a few grocery items I needed then headed home. I’ve been making the same grilled chicken and protein bowls so I’m trying to switch it up .
I went to make a July recap but all the pictures I have are of food that I definitely didn’t need to be eating 🤣 I’ve made it a goal to eat more intentionally while still enjoying it. Healthy foods with a purpose, but make it ✨delicious✨
