Today was pretty smooth. I worked a short shift. I cooked and I didn’t plan on working out today but I did so there’s that 🤣 I’ve been doing total body a lot recently. Not much to talk about so..

Or whatever 🤣 it feels weird to say dieting . I just consider it..intentional eating.
🥣 Breakfast: tbh most of the time I skip it 🫣or “fast “ until lunch . But on a good day a smoothie is my go to. use whatever fruits or veggies you prefer but I’ve been making sure to add flax and chia seed powder to it.
🥣 Lunch: I don’t have a picture but I like to just make a big salad, and then cut up toppings and put them in separate containers. It’s saved me time and I feel like separating the lettuce and toppings makes the salad last longer idk
🥣 Dinner: i usually stick to protein bowls using ground Turkey or chicken . If not that then I have grilled/baked chicken and lotss of veggies. I make a meal 2-3 times a week and store my meats and veggies in separate containers but I don’t separate the them by meal ( if that makes sense lol ).
Honorary mention: soups!!! I like doing weeks where I do a “liquid fast”. I wouldn’t really call it a fast tho. I just try to only consume soups with clear broth, salads, water, tea.
