i'm so happy i decided to try tutto at one holland v (they have other branches too)! i genuinely still think about their ragu to this day...
🍝ragu di pollo
this might be the best ragu i've ever had in sg. it was the closest to the most authentic ragu i had in italy and i was utterly impressed by this dish’s quality! their slow cooked sauce was divine, incredibly aromatic with small bits of carrot and topped with a mountain of freshly shredded parmesan cheese. 💯/10
🍝granchio
served with generous portions of sweet pulled crab meat in a tomato and cream sauce. the bucatini pasta was evenly coated with the right balance of tanginess and creaminess! reallyyyy enjoyed this dish because of the crab, highly recommend
🍝vongole
can never go wrong with vongole 😋 served with fresh, briny clams in a garlicy white wine sauce. the flavours were simple, clean and let the seafood shine!
🍕prosciutto di parma e rucola
featured a light crust with a simple tomato base and generous portions of prosciutto, grana padano cheese and a handful of fresh rocket leaves🍃 simple and satisfying addition to the meal 👍🏻
can't wait to go back and try their other dishes (and eat the ragu again)! 😮💨
... Read moreTrying authentic Italian dishes like ragu di pollo at Tutto in Holland Village has truly been a highlight of my culinary adventures in Singapore. What makes their ragu stand out is the dedication to slow cooking the sauce until it’s rich and aromatic, with subtle hints from finely diced carrots and a generous topping of fresh Parmesan cheese that elevates every bite.
Beyond the ragu, their seafood pasta offerings like granchio and vongole show impressive balance. The granchio features sweet pulled crab meat enveloped in a luscious tomato-cream sauce that clings perfectly to the bucatini noodles, combining tanginess and creaminess without overpowering the delicate crab flavor. The vongole dish offers simple, clean flavors where fresh clams meet a garlicky white wine reduction, letting the seafood shine naturally.
I also loved the prosciutto di parma e rucola pizza with its light crust and fresh ingredients — a perfect palate cleanser after the heavier pasta dishes. Dining here feels like a genuine slice of Italian home cooking, especially valuable in Singapore where authentic Italian food can sometimes be rare.
For those seeking an authentic Italian experience outside Italy, Tutto’s offerings are a clear winner, providing a comforting, flavorful meal that stays in your memory long after. Their commitment to traditional recipes and ingredient quality is unmistakable.
If you’re exploring Holland Village’s food scene, Tutto should be on your list. The variety also promises that you can return multiple times and try new dishes while always returning to that unforgettable ragu di pollo. Highly recommended for food lovers and anyone craving authentic Italian flavors in Singapore.
