🌿The truth is America has lied to us for decades, nothing is about keeping us healthy it’s about making the next buck. Every “weight loss” hack out there is bologna.
Reading your labels and understanding them is a huge part. It’s easy to get confused and no, not everything is as your label says but digging even deeper than that can change the way your gut health is forever. It can change your body for the better. Knowledge is POWER!
🌿 I noticed a change in my body once I started eating right and actually ensuring the quality of food I was eating was good, the grass fed beef, pasture raised eggs, cutting out seed oils, carbs are GOOD for you!!! It’s the processed wheat and processed meats that’s making us unhealthy! Don’t let the marketing schemes work on you friend!
🌿 You’ll notice hair growth, clear skin, and more once you start cutting out the constant fast food and unhealthy things in the fridge/ pantry. But be aware your body will go through a detox AND withdrawal… YES withdraws from FAST FOOD !! You’ll crave it and sugar like CRAZY! The best thing I advise is to get some dates, dried fruit etc. and stay strong! Feed your body a good home cooked meal, your favorite meal at home, once you create this habit it WILL get easier! It’s so easy to rely on the convenience of fast food, i get it!!
🌿Don’t get me wrong I’m not going to shame you or try to control you and tell you how to live your life. These are just tips! I do my fair share of indulging too friends!! No hypocrisy here just information! It’s okay to enjoy that Taco Hell from time to time it’s just all about balance and being aware of how the foods we eat affect us long term!

Despite the occasional indulgence in fast food being acceptable, it's all about finding a balance and staying aware of the long-term effects our dietary choices have on our health. Knowledge truly is power, especially when it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
My issue is that I need some type of fast food restaurant to get on this bandwagon because I cannot cook every night and even then if I meal prep, I get tired of what I’ve been eating after two days. The struggle is so real.
