「ママの1人時間、何する？」って、いざ時間ができてもぼーっと終わる日ありませんか？私は“やること”と“休むこと”を最初からセットにすると、罪悪感なくリフレッシュできました。 まずおすすめは「最初の30分だけ整える時間」にすること。私は起きたらすぐ化粧水＋トナーパッドで保湿をしながら、乾燥機の洗濯物を出して畳みます。パッドは拭き取りもできるので、朝の肌がさっぱりしてスイッチが入る感じ。首まで保湿しておくと、午後のくすみ感が減ってテンションが上がります。 次に「家事は午前中に1〜2個だけ」。全部終わらせようとすると疲れるので、シーツ類みたいに“普段できない洗濯”を1回だけ回す、排水溝プレートや排水溝ネット周りをサッと掃除する、みたいに小さく区切るのがコツ。キッチンは工事不要で置ける小型食洗機があると、夜の片付けが本当にラクで、結果的に自分時間が増えました。 外に出られる日は「運動を1つ入れる」とリフレッシュ度が段違い。私はホットヨガやピラティスを週1〜2回入れていて、短時間でも肩こりと気分が軽くなります。終わったあとのスーパー買い物も“ついで”で済むので、午後の自由度が上がりました。 そして大事なのが「午後は何もしない時間を予約」すること。ドラマを1話だけ、好きな音楽を流す、ソファでゴロゴロする…を先に決めておくと、“休んだ感”がちゃんと残ります。 最後に、子どもが帰ってくる前の10分で「夕方の自分を助ける仕込み」。私は夜ごはんを多めに作る前提で、野菜だけ切っておく／肉を漬けておく、くらいでOKにしています。たった10分でも夕方のバタバタが減って、「1人時間が取れた！」って実感しやすいです。 もし「久しぶりの一人、何する？」で迷ったら、①整える（保湿）②家事1つ③軽い運動④昼はのんびり⑤帰宅前に10分仕込み、の流れをぜひ試してみてください。
