✨ How I’m Setting the Mood for 2026 ✨

Instead of jumping straight into resolutions, I started by asking one simple question:

What do I actually want this year to feel like?

Here’s the framework I’m using to build my 2026 mood board and it might help you too:

For me, that’s:

• goals I can follow through on

• travel and new experiences

• creative and personal growth

Pick 3–4 areas that matter most right now. Not what sounds impressive! Think more, what’s realistic for your life.

2️⃣ Decide What You Need More Of

Think less about outcomes and more about support:

• more structure

• more rest

• more curiosity

• more consistency

Your mood board should reflect what helps you show up, not just what you want to achieve.

3️⃣ Keep It Adaptable

Your goals can evolve. Your mood board can too.

Think of it as a compass, not a contract.

For 2026, I’m building a year centered on intention, experiences, and steady growth.
