One ball, 15 minutes, got a cardio and a vet in one round.
No gym, no changing clothes. Wake up swinging in front of the bed.
📌 for 7 days (save and follow)
Mon → Swing 30 s x 5 rounds (hip + back)
Tue → Goblet Squat 10 times x 4 (leg + butt)
D → Rest / walk
Thu → Clean & Press 8 Times / Side x 3 (Shoulder + Sleeve)
Prof. → Swing + Squat, alternating 15 minutes (Burn Rua)
S. → Turkish Get-up 5 times / side (Core + Balance)
Ah. → Rest / stretch.
