🍋 How to make pork flavored lemon
[Materials]
・ Thinly sliced pork loin: about 130g

「ぐるぐる巻き」って、見た目がかわいいのに手間がかかりそう…と思ってたんですが、豚薄切り肉なら本当にラクでした。私がやってみて“失敗しにくい&お弁当向き”だと感じたコツを追記します。 まず巻き方。お箸でくるっと巻くと手が汚れにくく、形も整いやすいです。1枚で細く巻くより、2〜3枚を少し重ねてから巻くと厚みが出て「ガッツリ見えて」満足感もアップ。巻き終わりは下にして焼き始めるとほどけにくいです。 焼き方のポイントは“コールドスタート”。冷たいフライパンに油を少量ひいて巻いた豚肉を並べ、弱めの中火でじわっと温めながら焼くと、脂がゆっくり出てふわっとジューシーに仕上がりました。焦げそうなら途中で火を弱めて、転がしながら全面に焼き色をつけるのがコツ。片栗粉を薄くまぶしておくと、肉汁が閉じ込められてパサつきにくく、たれも絡みやすいです。 香味だれは、長ねぎを先に炒めて香ばしさを出してからレモン汁を入れると、酸味が立ちすぎず食べやすい印象でした。お弁当の場合は「汁気が多いと心配」なので、レモン汁は入れすぎず、最後に全体へ“絡める”より“かける”くらいにすると水っぽくなりにくいです。レモンスライスを添えるだけでも香りが出て、見た目も一気に映えます。 副菜を一緒に作るなら、キャベツはレンジ後にペーパーで水分を軽く押さえるのが大事。ここを丁寧にすると、塩昆布和えでもベチャっとせず翌日もおいしかったです。にんじんはレンチン→焼きで甘みが増して、彩りと満足感の底上げに。 最後に詰め方。主菜(ぐるぐる巻き)をドンと置いて、緑(ブロッコリー)・黄(卵焼き)・赤橙(にんじん)を三角に散らすと、わっぱが簡単におしゃれに見えます。忙しい朝でも「巻いて焼く」だけで成立するので、疲れた日こそおすすめです。
