Got to the trail around 7:45 this morning and did about 7 miles. I ran a loop I’d never tried before but decided to take the risk. It was a slight progression besides a minor set back on mile 3 when terrain changed. I would run this loop again however the last 3 miles are on the main road. #lemon8
