Rent a car often, but forgot to check the important things, causing almost death☠️
✈️🚗 is that we work almost every month, morning-evening, sometimes overnight, every time we rent a car, 🛻 but what is always missed...I never checked the wheels and tires. I only scratched the outside and the mag if there were marks.
Until the day we flew south, the storm entered 🌧️, we chose to rent a small car from before we arrived because we were just driving in the city. That day the employees offered to buy car insurance, which they usually never bought, but that day they decided to buy it because of heavy rain...Became a super-safe decision.
📍, while driving the map, we bypassed the main road, which was very curved, and there was an unexpected incident: suddenly the car slid into a curve that was difficult to control, the steering was as light as it was, luckily, the lane was forced back into the lane, there was no car or hit the trunk, otherwise it wouldn't have really survived. 🥲
After that, I asked you at work to see if the tires were running out, and that's where we never checked.
📌. Lessons learned.
When renting a car, in addition to looking around the car, check the wheels + treads.
If you see heavy rain, the road slips into a bend. Don't press the brakes hard.
Car insurance...Sometimes it really helps to drive more comfortable.
❤️ Thank you, car rental company.
Listening to Fidebag and hoping that other companies will pay more attention to checking wheels and tires, because when we actually drive, we don't want to use insurance, we want to get to a safe house. 😂
