OUR FINDINGS:

🍝ASSASSINA - 5/5 ⭐

Interesting texture with al-dente noodles and slight burnt bits of that gave it a chewy and crunchy bite. The chilli and tomato were super fragrant and carried the whole dish even without meat or heavy garnishes. A bit spicy.

🍕PROSCIUTTO DI PARMA E RUCOLA - 5/5 ⭐

Fresh, juicy tomato base with salty prosciutto, vegetables, and a thinner crust that kept everything balanced. Meaty, saucy, and easy to enjoy. Would come back for this.

🫓FOCCACIA PALLONCINO - 2.5/5 ⭐

Honestly a miss. Pretty expensive for what is essentially bread with sauce. Didn’t do much for us. Focaccia served with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

👜WALLET PRESSURE - 4.5/5

On the pricier side for casual Italian. Pastas average around $20, pizzas around $26, and the cheaper items are less exciting than the pricier ones.

🌹ROMANTIC CLIMATE - 4.5/5

Pretty romantic atmosphere, spacious enough for conversations. At the Jewel Branch, the rainforest view definitely helps if you are seated nearer to the outside. At night, they seat you with small table side lamps and a darker atmosphere, making it intimate.

💃IMPRESSION INDEX - 5/5

Clean, cozy, and visually impressive. Service was great, the atmosphere was intimate, and it feels like a place that leaves a good impression.

⚠️DATE NIGHT ADVISORIES:

👬QUEUE - Make a reservation. Peak hour lines build up fast.

💺SEATING - Better seats are harder to get as the Jewel-facing spots are usually reserved for larger groups.

💲PRICE - The viral dishes are also the pricier ones, so date night here adds up quickly.

Tutto by Da Paolo (Jewel) - Pizza, Pasta, Gelato
5/11 Edited to

... Read moreDining at an airport mall might sound unconventional for an authentic Italian experience, yet Tutto breaks that stereotype with its fresh, handcrafted offerings. Based on my recent visit, I found the Assassina pasta to be a true standout—the chewy yet crunchy texture with those slightly burnt bits added a delightful twist that paired perfectly with the fragrant chili and tomato sauce. It’s a dish that proves you don’t need heavy garnishes or meats to enjoy bold flavors, especially if you appreciate a bit of spice. Equally impressive was the Prosciutto Di Parma e Rucola pizza. The thin crust served as an ideal canvas for the fresh, juicy tomato base, salty prosciutto, and peppery arugula, balancing meatiness and freshness in every bite. However, I must agree that the Focaccia Palloncino fell short for me; it felt overpriced for what is essentially seasoned bread with oil and vinegar and lacked excitement compared to the other dishes. Regarding the setting, the Jewel location offers a romantic atmosphere perfect for date nights—especially at night, when the dim lighting and table lamps foster intimacy. Sitting near the rainforest view adds a serene, natural vibe that’s a rare find inside a bustling mall. The spacious seating also ensured conversations could flow without feeling cramped, a big plus for couples. Price-wise, while it is on the higher side for casual Italian dining, the quality and ambiance justify the cost. Reservations are highly recommended as queues build quickly during peak hours, and securing the best tables with views can be challenging. Also, keep in mind that popular dishes like the Assassina and Prosciutto pizza are pricier, so budgeting accordingly will help avoid surprises. In summary, for those who seek fresh Italian food in a unique airport mall setting, Tutto offers excellent value—with standout dishes and a lovely date vibe. It might just change your perception of airport dining into a surprisingly authentic Italian experience.

So one-third of fresh graduates rejected job offers because the pay felt too low. And honestly? I don’t think the problem is that graduates are expecting too much. I think the problem is that everything else costs too much. Think about it. Housing is getting more expensive. Transport i
