No one saw...Doesn't mean no value.
🌻 Some of the things we do in life
Probably no one saw it.
But it doesn't mean it's meaningless.
🌿 in the lives of many women.
There are a lot of small things.
That we quietly do every day.
Get up early.
Manage the house.
Take care of the family.
Solve a big small problem.
Waiting to be relied on by others
These things.
Not much is mentioned.
No reward.
No applause.
No one said "very good."
Some days.
We may accidentally think that
What we do
Is it valuable?
Because it looks like
No one noticed.
But the truth is,
The lives of many people.
Running smoothly.
Because there's someone
Keep it quiet.
And many times,
That person is us.
🌿 The value of life.
Not measured by other people's applause.
But measured from
The meaning that thing has to real life.
Even without anyone seeing
But it's still valuable.

That you've always done
Even no one saw or thanked.
But you know that.
It's meaningful.

ในชีวิตประจำวันของผู้หญิงหลายคน สิ่งที่เราทำไม่ได้จำกัดอยู่แค่สิ่งใหญ่โตหรือมีเสียงปรบมือเสมอไป หลายครั้งที่เราตื่นเช้าเพื่อจัดการบ้าน ดูแลครอบครัว และแก้ปัญหาเล็กน้อยที่เกิดขึ้นโดยไม่มีใครเห็นหรือพูดขอบคุณ แต่ในมุมมองของผม สิ่งเหล่านี้คือพื้นฐานสำคัญที่ทำให้ชีวิตของคนอื่นดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น จากประสบการณ์ของผมเอง ผมเคยรู้สึกหมดกำลังใจเมื่อไม่มีใครเห็นความพยายามของผมในสิ่งเล็กน้อยที่ทำ แต่เมื่อเริ่มเปลี่ยนมุมมองและขอบคุณตัวเองสำหรับความพยายามเหล่านั้น ผมกลับพบว่าความสุขและความภูมิใจเกิดขึ้นโดยไม่ต้องรอเสียงชมจากภายนอก การยอมรับคุณค่าของตัวเองในสิ่งที่ทำไม่ว่าจะเล็กน้อยเพียงใดช่วยเสริมสร้างความมั่นใจและเพิ่มพลังให้กับชีวิต อีกทั้งยังเป็นการเตือนใจให้เราระลึกว่า คุณค่าชีวิตไม่ได้ขึ้นอยู่กับรางวัลหรือคำชมเสมอไป แต่เป็นความหมายที่สิ่งเหล่านั้นมีต่อชีวิตจริงของเรา ตัวอย่างเช่น การดูแลครอบครัวอย่างเงียบๆ หรือการเป็นที่พึ่งให้คนอื่น แม้จะไม่มีใครพูดออกมาชัดเจน แต่อย่างน้อยเราก็รู้ว่าเราทำให้ชีวิตรอบข้างดีขึ้น สุดท้ายนี้ ผมอยากชวนให้ทุกคนลองหยุดและขอบคุณตัวเองสำหรับสิ่งที่ได้ทำในทุกวัน รวมทั้งรับรู้ความหมายและคุณค่าที่แท้จริงของคำว่า "สิ่งที่ไม่มีใครเห็น" มันไม่ได้ไร้ค่าเลย แต่อยู่ที่เราเข้าใจและให้ความสำคัญกับมันอย่างแท้จริง
