First of all, we have to say that this Qingdao trip uses MSIG Travel Insurance, which is free from AIS Roaming.

While waiting to pick up the bag on the belt with friends, it started to feel strange because our bags had not yet come out, even though they had all been accepted.

I was shocked, but I came to mind and immediately asked the authorities.

📍 First step.

Walk to the Baggage Service / Lost & Found counter, which of the airport we use is in the area between the 11 and 12 pocket belts.

The authorities will investigate the damage and issue a document called

Property Irregularity Report (PIR)

Which is the archives used for filing insurance claims.

Then the officer would ask,

Claim the airline or claim the insurance?

Enter MSIG's website and select Online Claim. https://mservices.msig-thai.com

Complete the information and attach the procedural documents.

Key Advice

* Provide every detail as a matter of fact.

* Specify the brand, model and bag price as far as you can remember.

* If you can't really remember, let's be honest that you can't remember. You shouldn't guess or exaggerate.
