hey loves! as someone in my 20s working towards multiple degrees (yes, i’m doing nursing, psych, and it 😅), having a structured routine is the only way i stay sane! here’s how i plan my day by the hour to stay productive and still make time for myself.

6:00 am - wake up, bible reading & prayer (starting my day grounded is a must!)

7:00 am - 12:00 pm - focused study blocks (nursing + psych today!)

12:00 pm - 12:30 pm - lunch & quick mental break

12:30 pm - 3:00 pm - it coursework & projects

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm - workout or a quick walk to reset

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm - more study time or reviewing notes

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm - dinner & unwind

8:00 pm - bible reading again to close the day in peace
