Nutin, Chan Chae Chae Ghul
On Dec 25, the Prime Minister and the Home Secretary, Anin Chan Virgul, as the leader of the Proud Thai Party, stated the case that Nutthong Pong, the leader of the People's Party, said through the Thai State TV deal on Dec 23, would no longer name Mr. Anin as Prime Minister, would it close the opportunity to form a government with the Proud Thai Party, that "it is his right, I respect everyone's rights and opinions," and that the Proud Thai Party has always been clear not to form a government with a political party that has a policy to amend criminal law section 112.
"I followed the Thai State of Dibet program, and I know that the leader of the People's Party is the only one on the stage who insists that the Criminal Law Article 112 must be amended. If you are obsessed with this, the Proud Thai Party does not participate, of course, which party will participate, it is the right of each party, but as far as the Candidates of all parties, no party will answer that it will amend Article 112, except the People's Party."
When asked if the following would not talk to the People's Party anymore, the leader of the Proud Thai Party said that if it was about working to solve problems for the people, the Proud Thai Party could talk and work together, but if it was a divisive matter for the people, such as amending the criminal law, Article 112, it could not be talked about because the ideology is different, unless the People's Party clearly says that there is no policy to amend M.112, it should work together.
When asked if Nutpong said, "No one should go to jail for words," Mr. Anin replied that he saw differently and thought that he should not create this kind of thinking and belief for the people. All politicians must advise them to create values for the people in society to respect the law and not break the law.
"It should be said that no one should go to jail for not breaking the law. If you break the law, you have to receive the punishment required by the law. How much freedom you have, you must not violate the law, and you do not violate the rights of others, especially speaking that is a feud against the monarchy. The monarchy is more corrupt, the penalty must be punished without exception," said the leader of the Proud Thai Party.
