I haven’t had the problem since I started bringing up my ferritin and iron. It’s normal to have iron dip when you’re not eating as much. I also have a bad gut to begin with so I don’t get the nutrients I should be. But I am no longer struggling with this. 🔗 in my byeo , code too 🫶🏼 copy & paste it

I use to dress how I felt. Baggy clothes, what was the point in doing my hair? I felt exhausted, run down, migraines everyday.
