I have spent the last 14 months watching my health steadily decline despite my best efforts to get back on track. After what felt like forever I was finally diagnosed with Prurigo Nodularis & Systematic Lupus Erythmatosis. While knowing what we are dealing with was a relief, we haven’t had any treatment success yet. It was difficult and scary having so much pain while also facing medical biases that many women face which delays diagnosis’s and treatments. Throughout this journey I had to learn how to advocate for myself better, track my symptoms, keep myself well informed, and more! Now I want to help empower and teach others how to do that as well so you can get the care that you need and start your own recovery journey!
