♡ CMC Cancer Center ♡

Day #2 I was even more exhausted after spending 6 hours the previous day here.

I leave my home at 1:30 pm and arrive home at 7:30 pm. all I had the energy to do was change clothes, curl up on my couch (bed), do some gardening for my anxiety, and pain and try to get my mind to stop racing.

Engaging in light activities can uplift spirits and aid in mental well-being. It's essential to develop a support system—whether through online forums or community resources—where patients can share experiences and offer support. Remember, you're not alone in this journey, and connecting with others who understand can make a world of difference. Prioritizing self-care, maintaining open communication with healthcare providers, and connecting with fellow patients can significantly improve emotional and physical health during treatment. Stay positive and keep fighting; bright days are ahead.
