Soba Noodle Salad ($6.80)
Bowl came with lettuce, purple cabbage, cucumber, edamame and soba! Drizzled with a generous amount of roasted sesame. You can even add smoked duck or chicken breast for just $1.60. Super worth it considering how fresh it is and the HUGE portion given. I was already full even without the meat! Orders were super fast too. Honestly so impressed by the quality considering Koufu is known more for local food.
Two types of toppings: Regular ($0.90) in 3rd slide and Premium ($1.60) in 4th slide. They also have a wide variety of sauces like honey yuzu, soy etc. My bowl was soaked in roasted sesame.
Other fixed bowls include ham fusilli, potato, pumpkin and chicken breast. Or go for customisable bowls, ham quesadilla and wraps! HUGE VARIETY to choose from. You can find them right outside the entrance, near the pushcart area!

Plus, being situated outside the entrance near the pushcart area makes it easily accessible.
