After years of healing, we thought we could come back, but deep down, the parts weren't complete.
We started with Volume 1. Because it's directly related and curious to view a depressed writer who is particularly impressed by "Don't Take the Coaster with a Depressed Person," let's say this because many people don't know that people who have to take care of or live with a depressed person have the opportunity to be depressed, or sometimes patients may pressure their peers without knowing it.
Then we went to book 2. Read and cry very hard. Have pry stories in the past that some of us have never even spoken to a psychiatrist. All-round view. Many knots in our hearts were pry out because of this book. Love so much thanks to the writer. We went to read another book of this writer, but for us this book is the best.
Next, Volume 3. When we feel better, which really hasn't felt sad for 1-2 years, we just feel like looking for ourselves, looking for parts that haven't been completed. This book is like understanding the woman's own angle, understanding our nature and brain. Read it. It's good. Very good. Our subconscious mind is looking for our brain.
The last volume, Volume 4. We just finished reading. This is a volume that makes us want to review our journey and growth within our souls. When we finish reading Volume 3, we still feel deeply that we are "not worth" something. This volume makes us talk to ourselves, ask our souls if it is true or not that we think that we are definitely forced to think that way. We spend two months full of time reading it, sometimes reading it and putting it on because we can't go on until our husband says that we still read it? Whenever you read it, it looks bad, haha. But I read it until the end. I felt through a difficult time for me. It's hard to lower my ego and talk to what the ego has set up a wall. This year, I always say to my husband that I'm starting to come back to be myself. The pieces that were broken are coming back together to be me again. Now is a time that feels really good about myself. I want to share our story of the book Hill Jai to my friends, readers or friends who are going through the worst of myself.
