we don’t understand each other
I love my sister to death, but we’re never on the same page. I feel bad because I don’t really have a close relationship with my sisters. It could be because we have a big age gap, we are nine and six years apart. We never hung out as siblings. We often argued. We never really did anything together. We didn’t like sharing our things with each other. We don’t even have the same hobbies. I lived with them until I moved out at 25 yet we barely talked. Now that I moved out I can’t help but feel guilty. I’ve invited them over a couple of times to have sibling sleepovers. We try and have a movie night every other month. As the older sister, I feel like it’s my responsibility to get us closer. I want to build a relationship with my family, especially my sissy’s.
