Rain-Kissed Leaves 🍃

🌳✨This morning, the trees were glistening—

sunlight dancing on rain-kissed leaves,

a gentle breeze brushing against me like

God’s own hand through my hair.

Coffee. Birds singing.

The pool water rhythmically moving,

and Al beside me in his own quiet conversation with the Father.

I opened to Exodus 3:1–12.

Moses.

The burning bush.

That holy moment where reluctance met purpose.

He saw his flaws.

God saw his fit.

He stuttered.

God still spoke.

He doubted.

God promised His presence.

And I wonder…

𝑤ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑑𝑜𝑒𝑠 𝑐𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑙𝑜𝑜𝑘 𝑙𝑖𝑘𝑒 𝑤ℎ𝑒𝑛 𝑤𝑒'𝑟𝑒 𝑢𝑛𝑠𝑢𝑟𝑒,

𝑤ℎ𝑒𝑛 𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑤𝑒𝑎𝑘𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑠𝑒𝑠 𝑓𝑒𝑒𝑙 𝑙𝑜𝑢𝑑𝑒𝑟 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑛 𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑔𝑖𝑓𝑡𝑠?

Maybe it looks like this:

Showing up to the quiet.

Letting God remind us who we are.

And listening again for the voice that still says—

“𝓘 𝔀𝓲𝓵𝓵 𝓫𝓮 𝔀𝓲𝓽𝓱 𝔂𝓸𝓾.”

That’s enough for today.

That’s enough for this step.
