THE FUN IS OVER 😭🚫🍔

Hi guys! 🎀 I missed y'all!, I have been gone for a while because mentally I have ben through a lot but I am back and better than ever!

This is my full day of eating that has helped me lose 50 pounds so far and keep the weight loss. (And yes, I still ate burgers and had fun ☺️) Remember that diet is all about balance and as much as being focused and being in a caloric deficit is good, we also need those treats that keep us alive ❤️

I love you all and see you soon!

... Read moreHey everyone! So many of you ask how I managed to lose 50 pounds and truly keep it off, especially after going through some tough mental patches. It’s not just about what’s on your plate; it’s a whole lifestyle shift, a true body transformation from the inside out. My journey has been about finding balance, and I want to share some insights that might help you on your own path to feeling revived and healthier. First off, let’s talk about the caloric deficit – it sounds scary, but it’s simply eating slightly fewer calories than your body burns. This doesn’t mean deprivation! For me, it meant understanding my body’s needs and making smart swaps. I learned to prioritize nutrient-dense foods like protein-packed eggs and lean turkey on toast, and loads of greens like spinach, which helps keep me full and energized. But here’s the kicker: I still enjoy my treats! It’s about mindful indulgence and fitting those occasional burgers into my overall weekly calorie goals, not cutting them out entirely. That’s where the 'fun' stays in, and it's key for long-term success. Beyond the food, consistency is your best friend. Every morning, I kickstart my day with a Brazilian nut and my multivitamins – small habits that add up. And speaking of habits, movement is crucial. You saw my day includes a mix of intensity, like tackling the stairmaster at the gym, and more mindful practices. I’ve fallen in love with hot yoga; it’s not just for flexibility but also amazing for stress relief and building strength. Finding an activity you genuinely enjoy, whether it’s walking, dancing, or a sweaty yoga session, makes it so much easier to stick with. It’s not about punishing yourself; it’s about celebrating what your body can do. Another thing I learned is the importance of gut health. That pre-meal shot I sometimes take, even if it's 'disgusting,' helps balance the pH in my stomach, which can aid digestion and nutrient absorption. It’s those little, often overlooked details that contribute to overall well-being and help your body function optimally. And finally, don’t forget the power of self-care and rest. Weight loss isn’t just physical; it’s mental and emotional. After a full day of eating well and moving my body, winding down with a good show in my comfy pajamas is just as important as my morning routine. It helps me recharge and stay consistent. Remember, you're building a sustainable lifestyle, not just chasing a number on the scale. Be kind to yourself, focus on feeling good, and the transformation will follow.
