The salary does not match the interview.
Hello, we are freshmen who have recently started looking for a job and have the opportunity to work at a company. In the interview, HR said that the probationary period will receive a salary of about this, and if passed the promotion, there will be a further adjustment as agreed. At that time, we already planned the expenses, both travel and eating expenses, because the work is quite far from home.
But when the promotion was actually passed, it didn't follow what we talked about in the interview, and we didn't have written evidence because the documents were not signed or the conditions were clearly stated. The HR further informed that if the salary adjustment was to be adjusted, the KPI had to be evaluated at the end of the year instead.
Personally, we feel good about the company in many ways, both the environment, the team, and the work as a whole, so we are also hesitant about whether we should give ourselves the opportunity to try first or if we should do so because income has a reasonable effect on living.
If it were everyone, would you choose to go? 🥹
