Something about me

Today I came to the ever so real realisation other than my wife and kids I have no-one not a soul to talk to, no-one that I can call a true friend. last time I saw one of my friends was just over 3 years ago. Any other friends I grew up with last I heard or spoke to them was 12+ years ago. I dont know what happened. All I can say is, I don't know how, I don't know why I have never felt so alone and its on me because I pushed people away when I had kids and got married. I am the reason I have no true friends.
